I get asked to provide many chainsaw sculptures for schools and public places. Sometimes there is a tree stump that is suitable for carving. On other occasions I take a suitable log and carve in front of teachers and pupils.
The following photos show many examples of chainsaw sculptures for schools and public places. Frequently Local Authorities commission me to create chainsaw carvings from tree stumps in parks and public places. There are many schools in the north west of England that have one of my carvings.
When there is a tree stump in a public park or school grounds it can sometimes cost more to remove it than have it sculpted. It all depends upon size.
